On April 13th, 2025, our Belizean colleagues touched down in Denver with a wonderful welcome from not only Colorado colleagues, but a Marine who happened to be at DIA and handed each teacher an American flag! We acclimated the teachers on Sunday with a hike up in the foothills. Monday through Wednesday was in the classrooms of Mammoth Heights Elementary, Pine Lane Elementary, and Acres Green Elementary! Thursday, we spent the day with education students and professors at the University of Northern Colorado! We pulled it all together on Friday - and headed for the Denver Zoo on Saturday! What an incredible week!

HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS

Through the generous donations of our individuals in the United States, many students are able to receive the financial support they need to continue their education in high school.

ANNUAL BOOK DRIVE

At the end of each school year, several schools ask their communities to donate gently used books that they no longer need so that we can ship them to the schools in Belize to enhance their school and classroom libraries.

Our mission is to enhance literacy for learners in Belize, deepen global conversations between educators about instruction, and to promote global citizenship in the future stewards of our shared world.
